TELLER SUPERVISOR
Chicago & New Lenox
This position is responsible for supervision and evaluation of the teller operation at a branch. This includes ensuring the Teller staff provides exceptional customer service and that security procedures are adhered to and losses are maintained at a minimum. Additionally, the Teller Supervisor performs all duties of a Teller. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years of experience as a Teller and 1 year of supervisory experience and strong customer service skills.
ASSOCIATE BANKER I
Full-Time at Orland Park & New Lenox
The Associate Banker is responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service while receiving deposits for credit to customer’s savings, checking or loan accounts, verifying cash withdrawals and signature endorsements within established limits and securing required approval as necessary, balancing daily transactions, performing new account functions by providing customers with information and assistance regarding financial services, and selling and opening appropriate types of accounts. The Associate Banker will also have “opening” and “closing” responsibilities. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, some college level education is preferred, 1-2 years of previous experience as a Teller in a bank or financial institution, previous sales experience, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
TELLERS
Full-Time at Elmhurst-Park Avenue & New Lenox,
The Tellers are responsible for receiving deposits for credit to customers' savings, checking or loan accounts, verifying cash withdrawals and signature endorsements within established limits, and balancing daily transactions. Tellers will also answer customer inquiries related to account balances, promote bank products and refer customers to appropriate departments for additional services with a focus on building business relationships with our customers. Tellers must have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous cash handling and customer service experience. Excellent customer service and communication skills re required to provide our customers with the experience of exceptional service.
ASSISTANT TELLER SUPERVISOR
Full-Time at Wheaton
This position is responsible for various activities in the teller area with particular emphasis on workflow. Day to day responsibilities include receiving deposits for credit to customers’ savings, checking or loan accounts, verifying cash withdrawals and signature endorsements within established limits and securing required approval as necessary, balancing daily transactions and, referring sales opportunities to the appropriate banking staff. This position may also have over ride, and check-signing authority as well has higher authorized cash limits in order to support the branch operations. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service by performing the functions of this position with complete knowledge and understanding of the teller operation while demonstrating initiative, good judgment and a positive enthusiastic attitude. The Assistant Teller Supervisor will normally manage 3-10 Tellers or provide supervisory support for non-lobby hours of operations. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, cash handling experience, customer service experience and or training and at least 1 year teller experience.
CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES
Full-Time and Part-Time
The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by receiving incoming telephone calls, transferring calls to the appropriate departments within the bank, and assisting customers by providing account balance information, conducting transfers between accounts and explaining the products SBT offers. A high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service skills and some banking experience are required. (The hours for the part-time position are: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Saturday, 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Days off are Sunday and Monday.)
